At Making It Market, many of our products are handmade, custom-made, or created by independent sellers. Because of the personalized nature of these items, refund and return policies may vary by seller.

Please review each product listing carefully before purchasing.

General Guidelines:
• Personalized and custom items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
• Buyers must contact the seller within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue with an order.
• Items must be returned in original condition when returns are approved.
• Sellers are responsible for resolving order issues directly with buyers whenever possible.

Making It Market reserves the right to assist in dispute resolution when necessary.
